Humble Beginning As A Make-up Artist

Syezen has always been very passionate about make-up and started providing make-up service in the mid-2000s. It was a tough journey with limited to no resources. Digital marketing was at its nascent stage hence word-of-mouth was the only marketing method for her. It was through a lot of dedication and perspiration that her "natural beauty" signature make-up style started to gain appreciation by the market.

Demand for Syezen's make-up service surged, following several awards and recognition published on magazines as well as newspapers. The S & Co Team was born as more professional make-up artists joined the team. S & Co. Team was engaged mostly for commercial make-up with prominent projects ranging from Poh Kong Jewellery, Malaysia Electronic Payment System MEPS, to name a few; and overseas pre-wedding make-up mostly in the European countries. It was common for S & Co.'s Team to spend weeks and months abroad for such jobs.

S & Co. Make-up Academy was subsequently born as Syezen aspires to share her experience and knowledge with the next generation make-up artists. Thus, she leads her team to focus more on grooming future professional make-up artists through the Academy. Today, she serves as the Principal Tutor at S & Co. Make-up Academy.
